To see the new options, make sure you have the latest version installed. The Microsoft Store usually updates apps automatically, but you can force an update:

1. Open Microsoft Store
2. Go to Library (bottom left)
3. Click Get updates

This is the most requested feature! Soon, you'll be able to tell StreamVox to listen only to specific apps like Discord, Chrome, or a game - and ignore everything else.

This means you can listen to music on Spotify while translating a meeting on Teams, without the music lyrics messing up the translation. No more background noise interference!
